Terms & Conditions

The Fine Print

Every year we revised and increase our prices by about 3%. Pricing, terms, and conditions are also subject to change without notice. Residential turn around is 24 business hours. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 8 am to 5 pm Pacific Standard Time. 1 business day is equal to 8 business hours.

Commercial turn around varies per project. We observe major national and federal holidays. After submission of the deliverables, the client will have 3 days to approve and/or to request any changes. We require 50% upfront for any residential and commercial projects. After the design is complete, the client will be invoiced for the services provided. It is our policy that we receive payment of any remaining balance prior to releasing deliverables. Once we receive payment, we will release the deliverables to you unless you have a payment plan with Avila Solar.

Please call our admin office at 971-249-8442 to arrange a payment plan. Projects that are more than 6 months old that require changes will be billed separately.

Commercial and Residential changes due to AHJ and utility comments are included in the fee. Module change due to availability, major layout changes, and inverter changes are considered additional services and will be invoiced up to 50% of the design fee depending on the scope of re-work.

If you have a payment plan, the client has 15 business days to submit payment after the invoice is submitted. 10% late fee will be applied if payment is not received within 15 days. You can make checks payable to Avila Solar, submit Payment with PayPal, or with a credit card with our online platform.
